Our goal was simple: to create a high-performance product worthy of the S85 engine. By far the most exciting project I've worked on to date.

True Equal-Length Design: Every primary tube is exactly 73.5 cm long, making these the only true equal-length headers for the S85. This precision ensures optimal exhaust flow, unlocking the engine’s full potential.

Stepped Primaries for Peak Performance: The primary tubes step from 42mm to 45mm in diameter before the collectors, maximizing velocity and power across the rev range.

Handcrafted Excellence: Built from high-grade 304 stainless steel, these headers are meticulously hand-welded.

Plug-and-Play Integration: The included V-band-to-stock-flange connecting pipes allow installation with the factory exhaust system—no modifications needed. Each connecting pipe includes two lambda sensor bungs for factory sensors and aftermarket widebands.
