The Next Evolution of the S65 Valve Cover
Our V2 billet valve covers introduce the biggest design improvement yet: fully integrated spark plug tubes machined directly into the valve cover.
Unlike V1, which used separate spark plug tube assemblies, V2 machines the spark plug tubes directly into the valve cover itself, eliminating extra components and sealing surfaces. The result is a cleaner, one-piece billet design with fewer potential leak points, simpler installation, and improved long-term reliability.
EAE is currently the only manufacturer offering S65 billet valve covers with fully integrated spark plug tubes. We went above and beyond to engineer this feature because we weren’t interested in simply making another billet valve cover—we wanted to build the best one possible.

Why Billet > Magnesium & Cast
While cast aluminum is widely used and generally effective, its manufacturing process—pouring molten metal into molds—introduces porosity, inconsistent grain structure, and potential warping. These factors reduce structural integrity and can compromise sealing surfaces over time. In contrast, EAE valve covers are CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum. This results in a finer, uniform grain structure, superior tensile strength, and exceptional dimensional stability, making it the optimal choice for applications where heat cycling, sealing integrity, and mechanical reliability are critical.
When it comes to valve covers, this process delivers uniform strength, precise tolerances, and exceptional thermal stability—significantly outperforming cast or OEM magnesium components. Built to Last. Not Just to Look Good.
Premium Hard Anodized Finish
Every EAE billet valve cover is finished with a premium hard anodized coating because we believe it’s the best finish for a precision-machined billet aluminum component.
Unlike powder coating, which adds a layer on top of the metal, hard anodizing transforms the outer surface of the aluminum itself. This means there’s no thick coating to hide machining details, no risk of chipped edges from tools during installation, and no concern about the finish lifting or peeling if it’s scratched.
The result is a thinner, harder, and more durable finish that stands up exceptionally well to the heat, chemicals, oil, and abuse of an engine bay while preserving the crisp appearance of the billet machining.
