The S65 throttle actuator is a known OEM weak point, and the design has been a problem from day one. In our experience the failure rate of OEM units is 100% — every one fails eventually. When it goes, the engine drops into limp mode with the DSC and EML lights lit on the cluster, throwing:

• 2B15 – Throttle Valve Actuator Bank 1
• 2B16 – Throttle Valve Actuator Bank 2

Our Upgraded OEM+ rebuilt actuator fixes this for good. We replace every internal component with higher-rated parts so the unit outlasts the car — and we back it with an UNLIMITED MILES LIFETIME WARRANTY.

What we do to each unit:

• Gears upgraded to superior materials
• All MOSFETs replaced
• Transistors and capacitors checked; voltage regulators, microprocessor, and serial EPROM tested or replaced

Note: priced per unit. The S65 uses two actuators, one per bank, and the same unit works on either bank. Order the quantity you need.

Returning your core

Ship your old unit to Euro Power Motorsports, 8200 Old 13 Mile Rd, Suite 101, Warren, MI 48093. Email the tracking number and your order number to info@europowermotorsports.com. We refund the $300 core charge to your original payment method once it arrives. There's no deadline. Install your new units first, then send the old ones back.
