Euro Power Motorsports, in collaboration with EAE, proudly presents the new BMW E39 M5 Aluminum Coolant Expansion Tank — now featuring a revised design that maintains full compatibility with the OEM cap. 

This update was one of the most requested changes from the community, and we made it happen. Sensor placement, mounting points, and overall geometry now follow the OEM spec for a seamless, plug-and-play installation.

EAE Motorsports has carefully designed, prototyped, and produced this essential upgrade for the E39 M5. The original plastic tanks are notorious for becoming brittle and cracking over time, leading to leaks, overheating, and expensive repairs — especially under track conditions. They also discolor quickly, turning yellow and ruining the look of the engine bay.
